Monday's plan is to give Wil a small dose of the chemo that he had a reaction to, wait 4 hours and give him some more and then wait some more and give him the rest of it. All of this in a controlled setting here on the pediatric ICU. I've been up all night and have decided it's all going to be fine

And I know many have tickets to the Friends of Kids with cancer show on Thursday. Everyone (and I do mean everyone) is working hard to get him well enough to attend. He will still have his drainage tubes in but will find a way to manage. The kid is tough and doesn't want to let his family, friends, and nurses down.
PS ... Could y'all also send out some
🙏🏼 and good thoughts to all the kids and the moms and dads who have come through ICU this past week. I watch the faces of the moms and dads whether it is a shattered elbow to life threatening illness... parents LOVE their kiddos and leaving ICU with a sick/injured kid is scary. We have talked with so many and I just want to wrap my arms around the parents and tell them it's going to be ok!
